The Park House is a multipart estate, event center and Airbnb located in Jago Bay, Lake County above the shores of Clear Lake.
In my residency there, I transformed and activated the house & grounds, which includes a 3-story Barn + Loft, a secondary multipurpose Studio,
the Main House and the over 1 acre of botanical park & gardens that surrounds it all.  In this time, I also unveiled and conjoined the Crystal Cove park & parcel to this special estate through a complex Earthwork Trail & Park system.  A map was made, and many timelines have been opened.  The entire Airbnb listing and property has catapulted through several levels of quantum leap, and property value appreciation as a result of the lifetime upgrade for this jewel estate.
